ONAYA — Healing in the Himalayas

An invitation to the mountains

Beloved,

Some invitations arrive quietly. This is one of them.

In May 2027, I will be holding ONAYA: seven days of healing in the Himalayas of Himachal Pradesh, India, where the mountain becomes the mirror.

Together we will rest in the rhythm of the mountains through:

• Breath Communion, our foundational practice
• The Inner Observatory, a guided darkness retreat for deep listening
• Sanctuary meditations, yoga and Ayurvedic nourishment
• Sacred fire ceremonies, temple visits and cultural immersion

This is not a retreat from life. It is a return to it.
